Loons and Quines x
Those Aberdonians never let me down!
Fantastic night last night at The Lemon Tree with brilliant characters in the audience! Paula practically stole the show with her ability to speak the Doric ( she could have been makin' it up for all I know!) and her inability to say where she was from! She answered everything in two's! She was from Glasgow and Aberdeen and was Italian and Scottish then when I asked what her job was someone shouted 'Samaritans' which it was hard to work out whether they meant she worked there or if it was a cry for help! Can you imagine someone that indecisive working for The Samaritans? Then she said she was from between Glasgow and Aberdeen and I said if my right leg was Glasgow and my left leg was Aberdeen where are you? In my baws, which are from on going to be called 'Perth'! She was a riot.
We had a beautiful Russian blonde girl with a guy fae Kirkcaldy! When I asked her what brought her from St Petersburg she said 'she couldn't say' and it all sounded very 'questionable!' We had two 'could be gays' down the front and we tested them by getting one of them to fold a facecloth and when he managed to fashion it into Sydney Harbour Bridge there was no question! Another big chesty lady was competing with scarf lady for most 'high pitched squeal likely to pee herself' laugh of the night! They were hysterical!
A 25 year old girl asked 'Who's Jimmy Sommerville' when I said I'd been mistaken for him and I said he was a famous Scottish Body Builder! We had girl who said she 'came from' Wales but wasn't Welsh, ( not quite understanding the meaning of 'came from' ) an exotic Italian looking man who turned out to be from the Highlands, a very flirty married man who did my Madonna dance fantastically and 4 people who annually fly from Essex to see me in Aberdeen!!! Mental! Just the most fun night! Thanks Aberdonians. This Loon hopes he sees you soon and this queen loves yer Quines! X
